Loved our rooms with great view. The staff members were amicable and exceptional. Also, location was favourable, just 5 minutes walk from a late-19th - century Catholic cathedral.

The location is fantastic, just steps from exciting attractions like Sundance Square! The atmosphere is vibrant.

Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired, often described as inconsistent, with reports of unhelpful staff and cleanliness issues plaguing my experience.

I was disappointed to find that the indoor pool was unheated, unusable for my family. The parking situation was unclear, leading to confusion and extra charges. This complicated my plans and left us unsatisfied.

I thoroughly enjoyed the industrial chic décor and spacious lounge areas. The lobby was beautifully designed, and the staff were so accommodating.

I loved how close the hotel was to Burnett Park, made my walks so enjoyable, and the vibrant restaurant scene, with places like Istanbul Grill just steps away, was perfect for my weekend explorations.

Staff was helpful and friendly. My room had a few maintenance issues. Loved the live music and happy hour vibe. Parking garage was a plus. I had trouble reaching housekeeping about a forgotten item.

The room was super spacious with tons of windows, awesome for the view. It had two TVs, perfect for our family. The bedding was really comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The bathroom had this cool setup with frosted glass doors, but privacy might be a concern for some. The pool was nice.

Great location within walking distance to major attractions. The corner suite offered fine views, and the staff was exemplary, really going above and beyond . Enjoyed delicious homemade pastries for breakfast. Some amenities, like the fridge not cooling properly and the lengthy wait for hot water, detracted from an otherwise perfect experience.

The indoor pool was a godsend for the kids, even though it could have been cleaner. The staff was very attentive when we ordered food, quick delivery straight to the room, always a plus when you have little ones.

Unfortunately, the key cards didn't work for our room, frustrating. We ordered room service, but ended up going down to the lobby to place the order. The wait felt longer than it should have been, and then we were overcharged for just about everything. The food order was also wrong. The lobby had a nice vibe and felt modern, but these service issues left a sour taste. The bathroom shower door was also hard to slide open and close, inconvenient. They could definitely improve on their service efficiency and attention to detail.

Our two-night stay had its ups and downs. Appreciated the modern aesthetics and comfortable room. The staff could improve, our check-in was unclear, and we faced delays with requests. Make sure to clarify your charges upon check-in to avoid surprises. A good stay with room for improvement.

I recently stayed in a lovely corner suite with fantastic modern design, and really enjoyed the space and views. The glass fireplace in the lobby was a charming touch, and I was surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. I would definitely choose this hotel again, despite the lack of bedside lamps!
